About Us Established in 1986, Wellington was originally a development, patent holding and licensing organization. In 1998 the company was restructured substantially and, since then, has been focusing its engineering and commercial activities on energy saving electronically commutated (ECM) motors and fans for the refrigeration, ventilation and appliance industries. AziendaWellington nasce nel 1986 come azienda di sviluppo tecnologico improntata alla concessione di licenze di produzione per i propri prodotti brevettati. Nel 1998 l’azienda è stata riorganizzata in modo sostanziale e ha focalizzato la propria attività sullo sviluppo di motori, elettronica di controllo e ventilatori per il mercato degli elettrodomestici e per alune applicazioni commerciali ed industriali. Wellington is now a worldwide organization with offices in the United States, Europe, Asia and Central America, and manufacturing facilities in East Asia. Wellington also maintains a large highly skilled engineering team specialized in ECM motor and application technology in its 3,170 m² (34,122 sq ft) Technology Support Center in Auckland, New Zealand.
