In electronically commutated (ECM) motors, an electronic controller is used to control the electrical currents flowing in the motor, and the software allows to have a lot of additional features, and to optimize the motor, fan and controller system for the application.

Additional features of course come at a price, but at Wellington we recognize that cost is the #1 priority in the ventilation, refrigeration and appliance industries, so we only offer the features that you need.

CH160 controllerIf your product requires a top end feature set including data communications, constant volume control, variable speed etc. our CH120 through CH350 products are the best choice. However, we recognize that top end features are unnecessary for many products, and the extra costs associated with them are unwelcome, so we also offer fixed speed control. In our catalogue, fixed speed control is offered in the ECR range for commercial refrigeration, and on request it can be offered with other products.

All Wellington controllers offer electronic motor protection.

CH160 controllerFalls Produkteigenschaften der Spitzenklasse gefragt sind einschließlich Datenkommunikation, konstante Volumenregelung und variable Drehzahl, dann sind unsere Steuereinheiten CH120 bis hin zu CH350 die beste Wahl. Uns ist bewusst, dass all diese 'Top End‘ Eigenschaften für viele Produkte nicht notwendig sind und die damit verbundenen unwillkommenen Extrakosten. Aus diesem Grunde bieten wir ebenfalls Steuerungen mit vorgegebener Drehzahl an. In unserem Katalog finden Sie in unserer ECR Motorreihe konstante Drehzahlregelung für gewerbliche Kühlgeräte. Auf Antrag können wir dies auch für andere Produkten anbieten.

Alle Wellington Steuereinheiten kommen mit einem elektronischen Motorschutz.

CH160 elettronicaSe il vostro prodotto richiede caratteristiche alto di gamma, comprese trasmissione dati, controllo a volume costante, velocità variabile etc, i nostri controlli dal CH 120 fino al CH350 sono sicuramente la migliore scelta per voi. Tuttavia ci rendiamo conto che per molti prodotti prestazioni alto di gamma non sono necessarie e i costi maggiori che ne derivano non sono accettabili, così noi offriamo anche controlli a velocità fissa. Nel nostro catalogo la velocità fissa è offerta per i motori per refrigerazione tipo ECR e a richiesta può essere offerta anche per altri prodotti.

Tutti i controlli Wellington sono dotati di protezione elettronica del motore.
