ECR componentsWellington energy saving motors are designed using less raw materials than traditional inefficient motors and other electronically commutated motors. In particular, Wellington motors use 30% less copper and 80% less steel, have no stamped laminations, and have a large number of lightweight molded plastic components.

What this means is:

Lower price. Prices of raw materials continue to grow, while plastic remains a convenient alternative. Also, plastic components and lower part count design make Wellington motors significantly lighter and more compact than traditional ones, allowing significant savings on manufacturing and shipping costs.

Quiet operation. Wellington motors run smoothly. You may be used to the “cogging” and roughness of most other ECM motors; Wellington motors are free from this and therefore have major advantages in terms of noise and vibration performance.

Sustainability. Wellington’s energy saving motors allow our customers to significantly reduce their environmental impact by saving both large amounts of energy and raw materials, while reducing their financial costs.

Dies bedeutet:

Kostengünstig. Rohstoffpreise wachsen weiter während Kunststoff nach wie vor eine bequeme Alternative ist. Der Einsatz von Kunststoffkomponenten und ein Design das eine Verringerung von Einzelteilen zulässt, machen Wellington Motoren erheblich leichter und kompakter als traditionelle Motoren. Desweiteren wird eine bedeutende Einsparung bei den Produktionskosten und im Versandbereich erzielt.

Leise Betrieb. Wellington Motoren laufen ruhig. Vielleicht sind Sie an sogenanntes „cogging“ und unruhigen Lauf gewohnt was bei vielen anderen ECM Motoren auftritt. Wellington Motoren sind frei von diesen Merkmalen und haben daher erhebliche Vorteile in Bezug auf Geräusch- und Vibrationsverhalten.

Nachhaltigkeit. Wellington energiesparende Motoren gestatten unseren Kunden durch Einsparung von großen Mengen an Energie und Rohstoffen die Umweltauswirkungen deutlich zu verringern bei gleichzeitiger Verringerung der finanziellen Belastung.

Terzo, l’uso di polimeri plastici per la costruzione permette ai motori Wellington di superare gravose applicazioni ambientali senza problemi. Anche la protezione IP55 è disponibile come optional.
