ECR componentsWellington energy saving motors are designed using less raw materials than traditional inefficient motors and other electronically commutated motors. In particular, Wellington motors use 30% less copper and 80% less steel, have no stamped laminations, and have a large number of lightweight molded plastic components.

What this means is:

Lower price. Prices of raw materials continue to grow, while plastic remains a convenient alternative. Also, plastic components and lower part count design make Wellington motors significantly lighter and more compact than traditional ones, allowing significant savings on manufacturing and shipping costs.

Quiet operation. Wellington motors run smoothly. You may be used to the “cogging” and roughness of most other ECM motors; Wellington motors are free from this and therefore have major advantages in terms of noise and vibration performance.

Sustainability. Wellington’s energy saving motors allow our customers to significantly reduce their environmental impact by saving both large amounts of energy and raw materials, while reducing their financial costs.

Unsere Motoren erfordern keine kostspielige Werkzeugausstattung- und Produktionsmaschinerie, von daher sind wir flexibel. Unser Ziel ist es auf Ihre Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Sollte unser Standard-Katalogangebot nicht so ganz passen, dann fragen Sie uns doch ganz einfach. Die Kosten für einen zugeschnittenen Motor sind möglicherweise geringer als Sie annehmen.

DD050 MotorZweitens zeichnen sich unsere Motoren durch eine ruhige Laufeigenschaft aus. Vielleicht sind Sie „cogging“ und eine gewissen Rauheit gewohnt, was bei vielen handelsüblichen EC Motoren auftreten kann. Wellington Motoren sind frei von diesem Symptom und haben daher einen großen Vorteil was Geräusch- und Vibrationsübertragung angeht.

Drittens ermöglicht der Einsatz unserer Polymer-Kunststoffkonstruktion Wellington Motoren schwierige Klimabedingungen ohne Problem zu tolerieren. IP Klasse 55 steht zur Verfügung.

DD050 motoreSecondo, i nostri motori sono molto silenziosi. Magari voi siete abituati alle impuntature e alle rudezze degli altri motori EC. I motori Wellington non danno questi inconvenienti e quindi garantiscono sicuri vantaggi per il rumore e le vibrazioni durante l’esercizio.

Terzo, l’uso di polimeri plastici per la costruzione permette ai motori Wellington di superare gravose applicazioni ambientali senza problemi. Anche la protezione IP55 è disponibile come optional.

Motor Dizaynı
