High energy costs, increasingly stringent environmental legislation, and consumers’ environmental awareness are driving the refrigeration market towards energy saving technology. For this reason, Wellington has created the ECR Series: motors and fans developed as energy saving replacements of shaded pole motors used in supermarket commercial refrigerators and freezers, beverage merchandisers and refrigerated vending machines.

DROP IN REPLACEMENT OF SHADED POLE MOTORS

star ECR motors use the same mounting systems as shaded pole motors and are provided with a plug in connection for easy, fast replacement. They are also available with the same fan blade sizes and accessories as traditional shaded pole motors. ECR fans are available in all standard sizes and pitches.

ECR motors are electronically commutated brushless DC motors. Top quality electronics and design make ECR motors extremely efficient, quiet and reliable. Long design life and reliability are the result of Wellington’s moisture proof patented design and the use of ball bearings; and allow significant maintenance and cost savings.

Kühltechnik

EC Refrigeration (ECR) ist die Motorserie entwickelt bei Wellington für Kühlapplikationen einschließlich Kühltische/-auslagen, Getränkeautomaten und andere Kühlapplikationen welche eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit benötigen.

ECR Motoren sind optimiert für den Antrieb von Axialventilatoren mit einem Durchmesser von 150-300 mm und haben eine hervorragende energieeffiziente Leistung bei allen Luftstromraten.

Refrigerazione

EC Refrigeration (ECR) è la serie di motori sviluppata da Wellington per la refrigerazione. Le applicazioni dei motori ECR includono mobili e vetrine refrigerati, macchine dispensatrici di bevande ed ogni altra applicazione che richieda alta efficienza e risparmio energetico.

I motori ECR sono ottimizzati per l’utilizzo in ventilatori assiali standard (diametro tra 150 e 300 mm) e mantenere la caratteristica alta efficienza a diversi livelli di portata.

Soğutma

Wellington’ın motor serisi EC Soğutma (ECR) motorları, yüksek enerji performansı gerektiren soğutma uygulamalarında kullanılmak üzere; ürün sunum kabinleri, içecek makinaları ve diğer soğutma uygulamaları için geliştirilmiştir.

ECR motorları, 150mm’den 300mm’ye kadar olan aksiyel fanlarla bütün hava debisi seviyelerinde mükemmel bir verim performansı göstermek üzere optimize edilmiştir.
