Wellington Results of Shareholders Meeting

The Board of Wellington Drive Technologies Limited is pleased to announce shareholders at the Annual Meeting held on Thursday 30th May 2019, passed all resolutions as per the Notice of Meeting dated 6th May 2019.
The Wellington Board advises in terms of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a) that the independent directors of the company are:
